UNIMALL provides an AI-powered cross-border e-commerce platform that enables suppliers to list, manage, and sell products across multiple global marketplaces. Our services include:

Multi-marketplace listing management across 18 global platforms including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Trendyol, Shopee, Lazada, Noon, and others.

AI-powered product listing optimization, including automated translation, localization, and content generation.

Integrated logistics and order fulfillment management.

Analytics, reporting, and marketplace performance insights.

Access to seller resources, guides, and marketplace education materials.

To use UNIMALL, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the entity you represent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

You agree to use UNIMALL in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including export controls, trade sanctions, and marketplace policies.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all product listings, descriptions, images, and other content you publish through our platform.

You must not use our platform to sell prohibited, counterfeit, or infringing products. You are solely responsible for ensuring your products comply with the regulations of each target marketplace and jurisdiction.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform or AI models.

You must not use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access or interact with our platform except through our provided APIs and interfaces.

UNIMALL offers various pricing plans as described on our website. Fees are billed according to your selected plan and payment schedule.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and other governmental charges associated with your use of our services and your cross-border transactions.

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to our services.

UNIMALL Platform: All rights, title, and interest in the UNIMALL platform, including software, AI models, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by UNIMALL or its licensors.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your product data, images, and business information. By using our platform, you grant UNIMALL a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools (translations, optimized descriptions, etc.) is provided for your use in connection with our platform. You may use this content on the marketplaces managed through UNIMALL.

Feedback: Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide about our platform may be used by UNIMALL without obligation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNIMALL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees you paid to UNIMALL in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

UNIMALL is not liable for actions taken by third-party marketplaces, including account suspensions, listing removals, or policy changes by marketplace operators.

We do not guarantee specific sales results, marketplace rankings, or business outcomes from using our platform.

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-generated content, including translations and optimized listings, is provided as assistance and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our platform. Scheduled maintenance and marketplace API changes may affect service availability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@unimall.ai. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and we will handle your data according to our Privacy Policy.

UNIMALL may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with 30 days written notice.

Upon termination, your obligation to pay any outstanding fees survives. We will provide reasonable assistance to export your data upon request.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of UNIMALL after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our platform and terminate your account.
